I am a freelancer, developing custom desktop software and Web applications. I have also built a few projects of my own, ranging from small utilities to medium-sized frameworks.
My style can be described as "Human Driven Development", or "Human-Oriented Programming". I value humans over machines, common sense over rigid rules, informal relationships over contracts. I prefer to treat a customer as a friend who needs my help, rather then a source of money (or headaches). I believe that the code should be beautiful, not "just working", and that beautiful code actually works much better. And I try my best to make software that people enjoy, not just consume.
